Customized Warning Message Length is Limited to 100 Bytes (characters) (Doc ID 2025799.1)

Symptoms

<Steps to Reproduce>

(1) Create a message on Message page.
(2) Create a customized algorithm which contains a method that uses the message created at step1.
(3) Create some pending status Meter Read Upload Staging with "High/Low Reviews" option.
(4) Run MUP2 (Meter Read upload 2 - populate meter read) batch.

<Actual Result>

If the message length <=100bytes,  the whole message can be inserted to "EXP_MSG" field on "CI_MR_STGUP_EXC" table.

If the message length > 100bytes, it will fail to insert the whole message into "EXP_MSG" field on "CI_MR_STGUP_EXC" table.

For example, if the whole message is 130 bytes, only 121 bytes can be inserted.
