OCSB Modifies The Allow Header In 183 Message (Doc ID 2026220.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2020

Information in this document applies to any platform.

OCSB modifies the content of Allow header in 183 session progress message while its expected to send it as it is.

In the SSU logs it can be seen how the ALLOW header content gets modified.
It can be noticed that SSU receives the 183 message from network with ALLOW header content.

This causes further issues as OCSB also sends back this modified ALLOW header while sending 183 to network.

Why does SSU modifies content of ALLOW header before forwarding to mediation framework?
Because of this the network is rejecting any further flow.
