Unable To Configure Loopback 'On' By Using The NetworkElement File (Doc ID 2026323.1)

Goal

We are unable to configure loopback 'on' by using the NetworkElement file.

There is a need to configure a particular network element with loopback 'on'. However in the NetworkElement file, there is no tag where loopback 'on' can be configured.

The purpose of this is, to automatically configure the NE to loopback 'on' while the NE is deployed. Currently, every time a full build deployment is performed, it is required to manually configure the network element into loopback 'on' by changing the parameter loopback_on in TBL_NE_CONFIG under SARM schema.
