Why, for Custom Rules, After Overriding the HQ Error, Are the Errored Records Re-inserted into SA_ERROR? (Doc ID 2026483.1)

Goal

Why, for the custom rules created when the Auditor tries to perform HQ/Store Override and perform Total/Audit, the errors are not cleared out from the SA_ERROR table?

After clicking the Total/Audit button after performing the store and HQ override, the error keeps reappearing. This does not allow the store to be closed from front end.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Action > Sales Audit > Store Close/Audit.
  2. Verify that:
    Store Status - Worksheet
    Data Status - Partially Loaded
    Audit Status - Store Errors Pending
  3. Select Options -> Manually Update Data Status -> Set Fully Loaded.
  4. Go to Error List.
  5. Beside the HQ errors, check the HQ override checkbox. Then press OK.
  6. Click on Total/Audit.
