MWM v2 Stuck Threads Due To SDO_DML_BATCH_SIZE

We have seen stuck threads from an MDT which was causing app server to hang and be unresponsive for Dispatchers. This has occurred before for the same MDT. The issue was corrected by restarting the application servers.
