Issues Fixed

When a product’s validity period is modified, the validity period is correctly updated in BRM but not in the ECE cache. This was fixed. The ServiceInfoForProduct entry was added to the payloadconfig_ece_sync.xml for product modify and discount modify events.

Multiple-service credit control (MSCC) re-auth request (RAR) notifications generated during account adjustments fail to publish. This was fixed. The modified session ID used by ECE is now reverted to the original session ID during the adjustment process.

If a value is not specified for the ORA-Balance-Query-Mode attribute-value pair (AVP) in a balance query, an error occurs. This was fixed. If no value is specified for this AVP, the default SUMMARY value is used.

When an account simultaneously purchases two products or a product and a discount with different end dates, the dates are OK in the Customer Updater log, but in the ECE cache, the end date set first is overwritten by the end date set last, so both products or the product/discount pair have the same end dates. This was fixed. A problem in the ProductUpdateEventConverter was fixed

3-10247640211 20527583

Diameter Gateway uses the first subscriber ID attribute-value pair (AVP) for each multiple-service credit control (MSCC) request in a credit control request (CCR). This caused problems for the customer. This was fixed. Multiple subscriber ID handling is fully supported in this release.

3-10247917831 20537547

When the rating group and service IDs for multiple-service credit control (MSCC) blocks are resolved to the same ECE product type through the Diameter mediation specification, rated events are incorrectly stored in the NoSQL database and balance impacts are incorrectly calculated. This was fixed.

3-10406565521 20694669

The Sp interface implemented in Diameter Gateway does not support the MSISDN attribute-value pair (AVP) encoding described in the 3GPP TS 29.329 specification. This was fixed.

N/A 20723828 Usage requests from Online Mediation Controller that do not contain a specific preference tag fail. This was fixed.
3-10462140301 20761723 When a balance does not have a valid-to date or is 0, Diameter Gateway cannot parse the SPENDING_ LIMIT_NOTIFICATION generated by ECE. This was fixed.
3-10400446631 20777768 ECE is incorrectly calculating granted service units after receiving a final unit indicator (FUI). The problem is caused by a rounding error. This was fixed.
3-10485924131 20797202 A direct debit request with an invalid B number is returned as successful even though rating fails. This was fixed.
3-10564924671 20880233 Customer Updater cannot connect to Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC). This was fixed.
3-10218485791 20896949 After the PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_ORDERED_ BALGRP opcode is used to create a discount sharing group, an error occurs in Customer Updater, so information about the new discount sharing group is incorrectly added to the ECE customer cache. This was fixed
3-10586627681 20915444 Passthrough rating cannot retrieve data from the ECE payload fields by using a post-rating extension. This was fixed.
3-10586627681 21032461  When credit profiles are exported from BRM, unlimited credit limit and credit floor values are incorrectly synchronized in ECE. This was fixed.
3-10548228771 21082004  During a credit control request (CCR), ECE unexpectedly sends a top-up notification. This was fixed.
3-10776264561 21125343  A provisioning tag is associated with a product used to create rating profiles in BRM. When a service is created in BRM and then purchases this product, the rating profile is created. As a result, an UpdateServices event is passed to ECE through Customer Updater. If the UpdateServices event includes information to enrich the rating profile, however, ECE ignores it. This was fixed.
3-10815889871 21199506  ECE intermittently fails to process ModifyProfile and CreateProfile events. This was fixed.
