Steps
1. Setup the subclass, attributes, criteria, privileges, role, user
Part subclass: Part-ClassA
PageThree.List01 : Part Category (Required, List Entry: PartCategory1/PartCategory2)
PageThree.Text01 : Cat1-Text (Change Controlled)
PageThree.Text02 : Cat2-Text (Change Controlled)
PageThree.Text03 : Optional Information (Change Controlled)
Criteria: Criteria-PartCategory1 -> Part Category In PartCategory1
Criteria: Criteria-PartCategory2 -> Part Category In PartCategory2
Privilege: Read PartCategory1 (Criteria:Criteria-PartCategory1 AppliedTo: Cat1-Text, Optional Information)
Privilege: Read PartCategory2 (Criteria:Criteria-PartCategory2 AppliedTo: Cat2-Text, Optional Information)
Privilege: Modify Electorical Part (AppliedTo: Cat1-Text, Cat2-Text, Optional Information)
Role: Part-ClassA (add 2 Read and 1 Modify privileges and 'Enforce Field Level Read')
Assign role: Part-ClassA to User:yoemp1
2. Login as yoemp1, create Part:YOE0001 "Part-ClassA" subclass and assign Part Category as "PartCategory1".
Only Cat1-Text, Optional Information and Part Category attributes on PageThree are shown.
(Cat2-Text is not visible)
3. Create ECO from Part:YOE0001.
In Redline for TitleBlock, only Cat1-Text, Optional Information are shown.
Click Edit in Redline, only Cat1-Text, Optional Information are shown.
4. Login as admin, open Part:YOE0001 and change Part Category to "PartCategory2" from "PartCategory1"
5. Login as yoemp1, open ECO created in step3.
In Redline for TitleBlock, all attributes:Cat1-Text, Cat2-Text, Optional Information are shown.
-> Cat1-Text should not be visible.
Click Edit in Red line, all attributes:Cat1-Text, Cat2-Text, Optional Information are shown.
-> Cat1-Text should not be visible.
6. After an elapse of a certain time, re-login to web client again and check the attributes, only the appropriate attributes are visible.
Or after restarting AP server, only the appropriate attributes are visible.
What Is Working
After restarting the application server, the attributes are shown correctly as defined in Read privilege
