ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing and processing member-provider relationships using ZRG8226E, version 1.
The following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Existing member-provider relationship is not altered as expected
- Existing member-provider relationship: 01-04-2015 - 30-06-2015, provider X
- Imported member-provider relationship: 01-04-2015 - 30-06-2014, provider Y

The existing member-provider relationship should have been updated with the new provider Y according to the specifications in theme M-3577.
Instead no processing takes place at all.
