Goal

Getting the error : EXP_REP_PDF_MERGE_FAILED , when trying to run a draft CIOMS

Steps to replicate the error,

1. Login to Argus
2. Open any existing case or create a new case
3. Navigate to Additional Info tab
4. Attach any PDF file, classify it as E2B Additional Doc, check the Incl.Reg.Sub check box and save the case
5. Navigate to Regulatory reports tab, Click on Draft - > CIOMS-I or MedWatchreport
