In PDQ Query, The Wildcard ( % ) Is NOT Allowed For Phonetic Search. Query Builder Is NOT Using The Phonetic Field (NOME_PHON)

On : 2.0.9 version, Master Index Main Component

When sending a PDQSupplier Service query request (ie, http://host:port/PDQSupplier_Soap12/PDQSupplier_Service ), it searches into the database using Phonetic or nonPhonetic standard. Per the testings, seems that OHMPI search does not allow wildcard (aka wild card char) for Phonetic search.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Just use something similar to the following PDQ payload attached. Change the camel-case of given criteria:
