Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, DM
Currently, the system is on 7.4 PS21 and upgrading to 7.5 and then to 7.5 PS11.
While running the pin_75_75ps11_upgrade.pl script, dm_oracle is not starting up and it giving the below error:
