Patient Initials get wiped when operating other fields

Patient Initials get wiped when operating other fields

Patient Initials field value is cleared when operating the other fields after Patient Initials field was entered.

1)Open a case
2)Navigate to Patient tab
3)Ensure no values are available in the patient First name and Last name
4)Enter "privacy" text into the Patient Initials field
5)Tab out
6)Enter then the Patient ID
7)Tab out from the Patient ID field (this is the critical step to get the issue)
8)Repeat to Click anywhere in the case form
The Patient Initials field is cleared - the value disappears.
