IVRAdapter Warning Message: : Unknown JMS Input Field (Doc ID 2029632.1)

Symptoms

After starting the IVRAdapter, the service log has three warnings:

06/30 16:26:19: IVRAdapter 0x809,ctp=11003cad8,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" *WARNING* JMS.C:7077: unknown JMS input field [URL_ATTACHMENT_1].
06/30 16:26:19: IVRAdapter 0x809,ctp=11003cad8,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" *WARNING* JMS.C:7077: unknown JMS input field [URL_ATTACHMENT_2].
06/30 16:26:19: IVRAdapter 0x809,ctp=11003cad8,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" *WARNING* JMS.C:7077: unknown JMS input field [ELECTRIC_WARRANTY].

 

The configuration for these three custom columns was verified to be correct --

  1. The three columns were properly added to the schema of both the INCIDENTS and the TROUBLE_CALLS table
  2. There is a 'customer_defined' SRS_RULE defined for each column.
  3. The CentricityServer.properties file has the correct entry:
    intersys.call_info_custom_columns=ALTERNATE_PHONE, CLUE, ELECTRIC_WARRANTY


Any data for those fields is getting recorded properly in both the TROUBLE_CALLS table and the INCIDENTS table.
