Symptoms

Using Service Parts Planning / Planned Transfer Release
On VCP 12.1.4.1,
When attempting to perform the release of an Inter-Org Planned Transfer from the SPP Workbench,
the MSC_RELEASE_ISO: MSC Create and Reschedule ISO request fails with the following error:

ERROR

Load_type :32
Unable to locate a good/bad subinventory in the organizationXXX<org_id>
Error in CREATE_AND_SCHEDULE_ISO : FND_API.G_EXC_ERROR


-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
(1) Service Parts Planner / Workbench
(2) Run an Order Query to pick Inter-Org Planned Transfers
(3) Click on Release checkbox, then Save
(4) Action / Release
(5) Inspect the source side MSC_RELEASE_ISO: MSC Create and Reschedule ISO log and observe the noted results.
