UNKNOWN IS PRINTED FOR CONFIDENTIALITY FIELDS IN VAERS FORM (Doc ID 2029896.1)

 On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety : Version 8.0

"Patient Details" and "Reporter Information" credentials are displayed as "unknown" instead of "blank" in VAERS report, when "Protect Confidentiality" is checked at reporting rule level for Patient and Reporter.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Create new case with a Vaccine product
2. Enter data in "Patient Details" section.
3. Enter data in "Reporter Information" tab. 
4. Generate VAERS report
5. The fields PATIENT ADDRESS,PATIENT CITY,PATIENT STATE,PATIENT POSTAL CODE,PATIENT PH ,REPORTER ADDRESS,REPORTER CITY,REPORTER STATE,REPORTER POSTAL CODE and REPORTER PH prints value as "Unknown" instead of "Blank".
