Symptoms
On : 6.2.1 version, PSR
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering the NC code on the connection identification screen for a PSR virtual circuit, the information cannot be viewed by downstream groups. If they look at the PSR directly, the connection identification screen cannot be opened unless you supp the PSR...this is a problem for ALL product types.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The customer would like the ability to view the NC values for EVC's.

The issue has the following business impact:
The customers provisioning process is slowed down and this causes a loss of revenue and customer satisfaction.
