Wrong Budget Income Value for a Billback Deal

On RMS 13.2.6 version, Wrong expected budget income value is encountered for a billback deal according to the below scenario:-

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a billback rebate deal based on receiving with Threshold Limit Type as Amount for Period of 3 months.
2. Enter the Threshold values from 1000-2000 as 10% and 2001-3000 as 20%.
3. Click on Deal Income Screen, enter the budget turnover value for Period-1 as 800, Period-2 as 550 and Period-3 as 600.
4. Verify the Budget income column for Period-2 expected income value is 35 but it displays as 55 after entering the period 3 value.
