Symptoms

On VCP 12.2.4.1: Using Service Parts Planning / Order Queries
When attempting to perform a query that uses Order Type Among=Planned New Buy Order + Planned Transfer,
find that the Order Types displayed in the Order Details form are not limited to the specified order types

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the specified Order Type criteria using the Among condition to honor the listed criteria.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Parts Planner
2. Create an Orders query using
Organization = (pick an org)
Order type Among Planned New Buy Orders, Planned Transfer.
3. Execute the query
4. Observe that the results include other order types (like forecast)
