Troubleshooting an FTP Process Failure (Doc ID 2030758.1)

Purpose

This troubleshooting document lists steps you can take to determine why an Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Process fails or does not calculate a Transfer Rate.  These steps include:

1. Checking the Product Selection screen in the FTP Process
2. Checking if you are using FTP 6.1.0 base version
3. Checking for critical errors in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS
4. Checking the ofstp.xxxxx.log for Oracle errors
5. If no Oracle error exists in the ofstp.xxxxx.log, checking the last SQL statement in the log file.
