BSP New Business Calculation Not Running

On BSP 6.1.1, the New Business Calculation does not appear to be correct and functioning as documented.

As part of testing the functionality delivered with Oracle Balance Sheet Planning, we tried entering test data on the Financial Plan Default form and executed the following calculations. Note that prior to executing these applications, we ran the necessary prerequisite steps of executing metadata synchronization as well as COA, Scenario and version extracts.
• Extract Maturity Mix data
• Calculate new business
After determining that the Maturity mix extract was successful by checking the process log as well as the related data mart tables, it appears that the calculated data is not being returned to Essbase as the form does not update based on the calculations that are executed. On closer investigation, it appears that the BSP_FP_Seq related to the 2nd calculation does not run to completion based on the documentation provided by the Oracle® Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (OFSBSP) User Guide.

Specifically, while the following procedures/functions appear to be called and executed successfully, the last step of executing the procedure PR_RES_DET_IMPORT is never executed based on the details shown in the FSI_BSP_PROCESS_LOG table.
• BSP_FP_DataExport

Expect the PR_RES_DET_IMPORT to execute as part of the New Business calculations.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Extract Maturity Mix data
2. Calculate new business
