Method of Finalization Is Disabled on ALC Order Finalize Window [alcordfn] (Doc ID 2031073.1)

Symptoms

Find that some pending Actual Landed Costs (ALCs) have Method of Finalization disabled on the ALC Order Finalize Window [alcordfn].

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In the ALC Order Find window, choose Edit.
  2. In the ALC Status field, choose: Pending.
  3. Press Tab, then search.
  4. Note that Method of Finalization is disabled.
