Oracle Clinical Menus Do Not Function Properly When Application Is On Secondary Monitor (Doc ID 2031171.1)

The pull-down menus for Oracle Clinical 4.5.x do not work if the application is running on a secondary monitor (ie. in a multi-monitor client).  When the menus are accessed, they highlight however the items contained within the menu do not appear.
