Performance issue opening Performance Reports

Symptoms
There is performance issue when searching for Performance Reports. The search query was taking 20 seconds to return the results.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to the Performance Report Search Screen
2. Enter the deal_user_id for a deal (any deal - all deals are slow those with and without amendments)
3. Click Search
