Customer Contact page - Customer Contact Info Being Truncated If The Description is Long

Customer contact description on Customer Contact page can be displayed completely.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Contact Type - Description, character length is max 60.
2. If define a description with a long one, save.
3.Go to customer contact page, will see the description was truncated.
