Encoded Attachment File Name Shows as Generic "Attachment" or "Filename"

Symptoms
When viewing some attachments with encoded filenames, such as EUC-KR, Convergence displays the attachment filename as some variation of "Attachment1" or "Filename1". The attachment's file name may appear correctly in various other clients.
Below is an example from a message with an HTML file attached, where the file name is Korean.
This example has been processed through another server and the attachment appears properly named, in the interface:
