XITEM Creation Fails With ORA-00932 When There are More Than Two Chains (XIZPDesc) (Doc ID 2031972.1)

Symptoms

Calls to XItem interface fails with an error when creating an XItem which has more than two chains (XIZPDesc):

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create an item through a call to  XItem subscription interface.
2. Add supplier X as primary.
3. Add three chain values in XIZPDesc.
4.  Notice that it' fails with an error "ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected PLSQL INDEX TABLE got NUMBER returned by program unit RMSSUB_XITEM_POP_RECORD.POPULATE_ZONES"
