Performance Report Sorting Issue (Doc ID 2032036.1)

Symptoms

The default sorting on the performance report needs to be by LICENSE_RP_PERF_DIMENSION.ROW_SEQUENCE. Please do not sort by any other values unless the user uses the sort button. Therefore, when the performance report is first opened, please be sure to only sort by LICENSE_RP_PERF_DIMENSION.ROW_SEQUENCE.
