UIM Accessing MapView on Network Throws MAPVIEWER-01015: Unable to retrieve theme definition Error (Doc ID 2032232.1)

Symptoms

Customer has configured Network in UIM with a place associated to the Network Node. On doing 'Map View' in the Related Pages of Network, following errors are logged:

MAPVIEWER-01015: Unable to retrieve theme definition. [UIMDATA.LOGICAL_DEVICE]
MAPVIEWER-01015: Unable to retrieve theme definition. [UIMDATA.elocation_map.NETWORK]
MAPVIEWER-01015: Unable to retrieve theme definition. [UIMDATA.NETWORK]
