In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.8 version deployed with Oracle Application Server only:
Polling timers stop processing even if there are still messages to be processed. This is a frequent occurrence, irrespective of the load.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Process several messages in the Polling Timers.
2. Leave them active for a few hours (e.g., 12 hours).
3. Retry processing some more messages.
4. Although the messages will end up in the STAGED_MESSAGE table and the polling timers are Active, they will not process anything.
