IPM Performance Report Totals Are Incorrect

Symptoms
The Performance report is totaling incorrectly. This was introduced with 3.3.20.0.2 or 3.3.20.0.3.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open IPM
2. Navigate to Performance Reports
3. Open any performance report
The total is inappropriately calculating as the first line amount multiply the number of lines.
The total should be the amount in each line added together.
