Server Runtime Error Occurs When Launch Plan After Updating Supply And Saving To Database (Doc ID 2032527.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Planning Engine

Server runtime error occurs when launch plan after updating supply
Customer launches a new plan with Refresh snapshot which completes successfully and then saves and closes the plan.
Re-logs in and loads the plan, makes changes in supplies and demands, and saves it .
Launches the plan again and the error appears.

Server runtime error. Check server log for more information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
This is not always but after closing and loading the plan and updating supply(I think).
Below is the operation:
1. Launch Plan, refresh snapshot
2. Save the plan
3. Close the plan
4. Load the plan
5. Update supply
6. Launch the plan, do not refresh snap shot
7. Error occurs
