PRDCLRSDE.KSH Batch Status Is Not Changing to 'Success' Even After Successful Completion (Doc ID 2033041.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Analytics (RA), PRDCLRSDE.KSH batch status is not updated to 'Success' after finishing successfully.  It remains in 'In Progress' status.


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Run PRDCLRSDE.KSH batch.
  2. Batch finishes successfully.
  3. Check the PACKAGE_STATUS column value in C_LOAD_DATES table.  Not that it shows 'IN PROGRESS' status instead of 'SUCCESS'.
