ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PAB values are not correct when week level aggregation is done in Material Plan
When we do week Level aggregation then PAB Values are not correct.
In the screen shot the gross requirement = total supply for week of 07/06 but still the PAB is shown as -23

Week Level HP shows :
on Week 1 7/6/15
Total Demand / Gross Requirements = 15 (dependent demand) + 69 (-69 negative onhand) = 84
Total Supply = 19 (Planned Orders) + 65 (Work orders) = 84
Projected Available Balance = -23
This PAB is incorrect as the total supply and demand are same.

Day Level HP shows :
on Day 1 7/6/15
Total Demand / Gross Requirements = 15 (dependent demand) + 69 (-69 negative onhand) = 84
Total Supply = 61 (Work orders) = 61
Projected Available Balance = -23
This PAB is correct for the day.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the PAB to be calculated correctly when Week Aggregation happens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Supply Chain Simulation Planner.
2 .Run RP Plan
3. See the HP Results.
