Information in this document applies to any platform.

On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 3.0, there is an issue while loading W_HCD_PATIENT_D table as it accepts only one address location for an individual party.
In the customer's data, there are multiple address locations of the same type against an individual party.
Due to this issue, Patient record is splitting into multiple records.

The same issue exists in Individual Service Provider Dimension view which is used to load W_HCD_IND_SVC_PROV_D table.

How does one may load W_HCD_PATIENT_D/W_HCD_IND_SVC_PROV_D table without splitting the Patient record into multiple records?
