No Values Appear in Drop-down Boxes in the Documaker Administrator (Doc ID 2034368.1)

Symptoms

Various drop-down boxes in the Documaker Administrator do not display any values.  For example, when accessing the Historian settings through the 'Source' when editing a TASK in 'System' > 'Assembly Line 1' > 'Historian', they appear blank and there are no items listed in the drop-down.

The drop-down boxes should be populated with a list of the possible values for the setting and the value should be displayed when it is set.
