Goal

How to backup and restore Agile database to keep consistency with the files in File Vault?
Noticed that Files added after database restore gets out of sync when only Agile database was backed up and restored.
For example,

  1. Add file 1 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00038
  2. Add file 2 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00039
  3. Back up Agile database
  4. Add file 3 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00040
  5. Add file 4 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00041
  6. Restore the Agile database which was backed up in step 3
  7. Add file 5 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00040. Open te file, and see the content of file 3 gets opened, not that of file 5
  8. Add file 6 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00041. Open te file, and see the content of file 4 gets opened, not that of file 6
  9. Add file 7 to an item. File Folder number of the file is: FOLDER00042. Open the file, and see the content of file 7 gets opened
