SIM Item Lookup: On Order Quantity Is 0 Even When Purchase Order Exists

The ordered quantity from a purchase order made in Retail Management System (RMS) is not displayed correctly in the Item Details screen of Store Inventory Management (SIM).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/Approve a purchase order (PO) for a store in RMS.
2. Check Item Lookup in SIM -- On Order Qty = 0.
3. Create Direct Delivery in SIM for the PO.
4. Check Item Lookup in SIM. Note that still the On Order Qty = 0.
