Launch Supply Chain Plan With Snapshots = No Fails With Missing MSLD_INVENTORY_LEVELS.dat (Doc ID 2035004.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 26, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 12.1.3.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When Launch Supply Chain Planning is executed with parameters (Snapshots = No)
we get an error message. We use this to rerun a plan that has crashed during testing. We get 'Error copying file <INST_TOP>/logs/appl/conc/out/data4021/mbpoutput/MSLD_INVENTORY_LEVELS.dat to file <INST_TOP>/logs/appl/conc/out/data4021/mbpinput/MSLD_INVENTORY_LEVELS.dat' Is there something we can do to make this work? Is this new to VCP 12.1.3.9.1 on Linux?
We have previously used this option and it saves us 1.5 hrs when trying to fix bad data that causes crashes.
