InjectorPriceEventBatch Fails With "ORA-30926: Unable to Get a Stable Set of Rows" When Running for Clearances (Doc ID 2035219.1)

Symptoms

Unable to approve clearances at the style level. The injectorPriceEventBatch fails with the following:

You would expect the batch to identify only the problematic records and throw the error, but not abort entirely.  Otherwise need the ability to run the batch per one item, as you do not know the exact chunk size that would not abort.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Insert records in the RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE table at Style-Color at Location level.
  2. Run RPM injectorPriceEventBatch.sh for Clearance approval.
  3. Records fail with Status 'F' in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE with the reported error.
