How to Exempt Certain IP Addresses from being Blocked by MeterMaid (Doc ID 2035528.1)

Goal

Customer has set up MeterMaid blocking by using check_metermaid.so in PORT_ACCESS, FROM_ACCESS and SEND_ACCESS mapping tables using MeterMaid tables: submit_msg_throttle, webmail_rcpt_throttle, and ext_throttle. 

There's another exemption list containing mail address (EXEMPTED_ADDRS table). This is being used by FROM_ACCESS and SEND_ACCESS tables. However, this list isn't updated with all mail addresses which customer intends to exempt.
