Notes Entered For Supplement On EWO Are Not Copied To Service Request Notes (Doc ID 2035779.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Notes entered for supplement on EWO are not copied to Service Request Notes.
When you supplement an EWO (Due Date, Cancel or Correction), the Supplement History note entered during the supplement is not copied to Service Request Notes.
The only place this note is visible is by searching for the order and viewing the Supp History tab.

This is different from how PSR functions where all Supplement History notes are copied to Service Request Notes.

STEPS
¯¯¯¯¯
1. Create an EWO order and assign tasks
2. Supplement Change Due Date and process supplement - enter in the notes
3. Supplement Cancel the order and process supplement. - enter in the notes

4. Verify the Service Request Notes window for the order: neither are recorded.
    Both messages can be found in the Service Request search - Supp History tab.

BUSINESS IMPACT
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
The logging of notes is inconsistent across PSR and EWO.
This results in confusion for users when attempting to view the history of an order since they have to look in different places for notes depending on whether it's a PSR or EWO.

Tests were conducted in 6.2.1.804 and 6.2.1.849.5 with the same results.
