Symptoms
When attempting to open the Gantt Chart saved to local disk, unable to open with below Java error. The issue is intermittent, and not all the client environments are having this problem.

What is Working
After deleting the java cache (Control Panel -> Java -> General Info -> Temporary Internet File -> Settings -> Delete File), and saving project to gcx file again, it can be launched without any error
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to Web Client
- Open Program > Detail, and do Gantt Chart > Full Lock Mode to open the Program in Gantt Chart
- File > Save file, and save the program to local disc as gcx file
- Double click the gcx file saved in local disc
- Gets error
