PROBLEM
-------------
Manually created planned orders are not visible when drilling from Horizontal plan to Supply/Demand form
STEPS
--------
1. Create a manual planned order in the workbench supply/demand form, then exit that form
2. Open HZ plan for the item
3, See that HZ plan has the new order showing properly.
4. Double click to drill to S/D and find it does not return a record for the Manually created planned order.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Record should appear
BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
Users cannot drill properly to the S/D from HZ plan.
