New CSC Agent User Are Not Displayed When Creating or Duplicating Existing CSC Users In The BCC (Doc ID 2036189.1)

When attempting to Create or Duplicate a CSC Agent-User in the BCC the user is not displayed in the list of Users. Instead the Server log displays the following error,




 Changed JDK to Java 1.7
