Symptoms
Cannot edit fields due to fields are floating over to others.
Multi-list fields remain in their original position and hover over other fields.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Use Internet Explorer (IE) version 11 browser.
2. Log into Agile
3. Open a preliminary item (This is to have edit privilege not that only preliminary items are effected).
4. Press the edit button.
5. Use the side bar to scroll the screen
6. Observe that the multitext field is unpinned and floating over other fields
