Documaker Archiver Process Hangs After DocumentApplicationService (OBP) Fails to Respond (Doc ID 2036810.1)

Symptoms

Internal server error OBP (500) results in DocumentApplicationService being non-responsive to Documaker call back which causes the archiver process to crash with the following error:

The archiver recovers only when it is restarted.
