Symptoms
When a ported out TN is disconnected on a PSR order, the TN goes to the unassigned status with type as Locally Owned when the DD is completed for that PSR. When the Pending Disconnect Ported out TN (DD is not completed for the associated PSR) is assigned on to a 'Line' item under a Service location, the TN type did not change to “Locally owned” and remained in Ported Out.
