Symptoms

On : 7.2.2 version, TN Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When enabling timer jobs to be cluster aware, the telephone number reservation job stop working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected behavior would be to have the timer jobs running it properly after enabling cluster flag.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the timers.properties
2. Modify the entry as following:

  telephoneNumberAging.listener = oracle.communications.inventory.api.number.TelephoneNumberHelper
  telephoneNumberAging.cluster = true

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
No phone numbers are released and containment is generated in the database.
