Display No Privilege On PPM Reports Reports

On : version, Web client (PPM)

When attempting to open PPM report --> My Discussion Report, the following error occurs.  This issue occurs when user has "Enforce Field Level Read" assigned to the role. When privilege "Enforce Field Level Read" is removed, user can see the report without any issue.

No Privilege

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into webclient
2) Reports--> My discussion report
