RMS XStore Subscriber Populates Store VAT Include Indicator as 'N' With Class Level VAT Set as 'Y' (Doc ID 2037194.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), the XSTORE subscriber populates the store VAT_INCLD_IND (Value Added Tax Included Indicator) as 'N' with CLASS_VAT_INCLD_IND set to ‘Y’.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Configure the DEFAULT_TAX_TYPE  to 'SVAT' and CLASS_LEVEL_VAT_IND to 'Y'.
  2. Create a store using the XStore Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) subscriber by passing VAT_INCLD_IND as NULL value.
  3. Store gets created successfully in RMS.
  4. Notice that VAT_INCLUDE_IND is set to N.
